Thursday Hook-in Review

It was just like old home week here yesterday.
We had two blasts from the past ( and I do mean blasts ) come to visit with lots of jokes and fun. Just what the we all needed. We had every piece of wool in the house out and thrown everywhere.
Suzie shows off her fish rug, we were so glad to see her, our prodigal hooker.

Barbie works on her beautiful geometric

Marie works on the Big Bruce section of her rug.

Erin shows us her tree, it's progressing nicely.

Absent from her chair, perhaps buried some where in wool Lorraine was working on her angel in the Garden.

Pam shows her marshmallow roasting party attended by snowmen and women.

Diane starts her new pattern, a siamese cat in a geometric.
A fine time was had by all.

  1. How fun Wanda! I especially like that tree rug - it looks very realistic to me. The snowman rug hooks like it is hooked in a ginormous cut - #10 maybe? Thanks for all the pictures.

  2. Gayle, Thanks for writing. I rarely get comments and I love them!
Big cut is a 1 inch hand torn. The tree is about as real as a person can make a hooking, amazing aren't they?
Everyone is doing such good work!

  3. Wow! Eye candy! Love all the rugs! Who says snowmen have to be white!? They are wonderful! Looks like they are made from marshmallows..... and roasting them as well! Fun!

  4. ...thanks for posting the inspiration. What a wonderful thought - being buried in wool and having had every piece of wool in the house out. What fun!
